We are seeking a Locum Tenens Physician Assistant Neurosurgery to join a reputable healthcare facility in Boston, MA .

Position Overview

Patient Population: Pediatrics
Practice Setting: Inpatient Pediatric Neurosurgery
Responsibilities: Round with residents, review treatment plans, enter orders, evaluate patients requiring assessment, coordinate discharges, and provide comprehensive inpatient neurosurgical care. The Physician Assistant will not participate in the operating room and will focus exclusively on patient care.
Required Procedures: Inpatient pediatric neurosurgery management; preferred experience removing Hemovac and JP drains
EMR System: Epic
Support Staff: Neurosurgery residents and multidisciplinary inpatient care team
Coverage Needed: 3 shifts per week
Call Requirements: None

Requirements

Board Certified Physician Assistant in Neurosurgery
Active Massachusetts PA License (or willing to obtain)
Minimum 1 year of Neurosurgery experience
Epic experience required
Name Clear required (Name and NPI)
