We are seeking a creative and strategic Brand Manager to join our client's growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the brand strategy to enhance the project's influence and market share. You'll lead multi-channel marketing campaigns, increase brand exposure and engagement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency. This is a remote opportunity ideal for someone passionate about building brand stories and founder IP within the Web3 space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the brand strategy to enhance market influence and brand share.
  • Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media and offline events, to boost brand engagement and establish the founder's personal brand.
  • Collaborate with design, product, and business development teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Create compelling content strategies, developing brand stories, videos, and other materials to support the brand vision.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 3+ years of brand marketing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in Web3 project branding.
  • Proven track record of successfully executing brand strategies.
  • Proficient in multi-channel marketing, with strong data analysis skills, particularly in digital and social media.
  • Creative thinker with expertise in building brand stories and founder IP.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
  • Remote work experience preferred.
