Salesforce Tech Lead – AI-Focused Solutions
Top skills required for this role:
- 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with strong customization fundamentals (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, APIs)
- Demonstrated interest and foundational knowledge in AI/ML concepts and frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable, intelligent solutions
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical design, development, and deployment of advanced Salesforce solutions integrating AI capabilities
- Drive AI innovation by exploring and implementing AI frameworks, tools, and models within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Provide hands-on development and code reviews to ensure best practices, scalability, and maintainability
- Mentor and guide development teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI-enhanced technical solutions
- Stay current with Salesforce AI capabilities (Einstein AI, Agentforce, etc.) and emerging AI/ML technologies
- Champion the adoption of AI-driven automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent workflows
- Ensure solution quality through rigorous testing, documentation, and adherence to governance standards
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with strong customization fundamentals (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, APIs)
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead managing technical delivery and mentoring development teams
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and integration patterns
- Demonstrated interest and foundational knowledge in AI/ML concepts and frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable, intelligent solutions
