Responsibilities Directly manages all FBO Line Supervisors, CSR Supervisors, and other operational employees. Develop and maintain site practices and procedures that promote a safe, profitable, and enjoyable work environment. Ensure departments have the resources and inventory needed for safe, efficient operations while maintaining high customer service standards. Ensure all employees receive proper training and maintain documentation in accordance with NATA’s "Safety First" procedures. Serve as expert in company policies and tools, ensuring location compliance with all operational and safety requirements and SOPs. Manage service operations in accordance with company policies and procedures. Oversee personnel, equipment, and resources to ensure appropriate scheduling and cost control. Maintain knowledge of specific aircraft refueling instructions, ground marshalling, turning, loading, and unloading. Manage ground service, fueling, and hangar equipment/supplies to ensure safety. Conduct performance reviews of direct reports, including counseling, motivating, and disciplining as appropriate. Organize departmental meetings and facilitate communication between staff and management. Coordinate facility maintenance and improvement initiatives. Initiate emergency and incident response procedures as needed. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of training and experience. Valid state driver’s license and age 18 or older. NATA Certification. At least ten (10) years of progressive experience in FBO management, the airline industry, or a comparable aviation field, with demonstrated ramp operation and management capability. Proficiency in supervising and developing staff. Strong written and oral communication skills. Proven organizational and leadership abilities. Participation in Atlantic Leadership Training. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Customer relations skills required. During the execution of this role, employees are regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, wet and/or humid conditions including extreme heat and cold, high or precarious places, outdoor weather, vibrations, chemicals such as aviation fuels, oils, and lavatory fluid.
