SEKISUI Aerospace is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Controller/Accounting Manager to join our finance team.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a strong foundation in core accounting and process improvement.

Position Summary
The Accounting Manager / Assistant Controller is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the accounting function, ensuring accurate financial records, effective execution of the monthly close process, and efficient operation of core accounting activities.
Working closely with the Controller, this role helps maintain a strong control environment, drives process improvements, develops accounting talent, and supports the scalability of the finance organization. The Assistant Controller serves as the operational leader of accounting and acts as the primary backup to the Controller.
