One of the largest healthcare systems in southeastern Massachusetts is adding Family Medicine Physicians due to community growth. Our team of more than 800 Physicians is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and services.

• High volume, quality-focused, and established practice with inclusion of Population Health manager, Pharmacy, dedicated Practice Manager, EMR support, and more.
• Advanced Practice Provider support
• Reasonable call requirements

• Salary with Productivity & Performance-Based Incentives
• Sign-on Bonus - $60,000
• Retention Bonus - $20,000 X 4 years
• Comprehensive benefits package including: 4-5 weeks' vacation plus a week of CME and 6% match on retirement after 2 years
