EMPLOYMENT TYPE This is a full-time position. WORK HOURS (SHIFT) 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. STARTING PAY $17-$20/hour. REQUIRED EDUCATION High School Diploma or equivalent. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Previous experience in a manufacturing environment. JOB DUTIES Work with industry-leading machinery . Operate presses to produce flawless results. Monitor production. Problem solve. Perform quality control. Maintain a safe a clean work environment. Follow safety protocols. Record production data and maintain accurate records. SHIFT AND ENVIRONMENT Attention to detail, critical thinking, ability to read blueprints, understanding of mechanics, physical stamina. Can be noisy and physically demanding, requiring constant use of PPE like safety glasses and steel-toed boots. Adherence to all safety policies, reporting hazards, and participating in training.
