CNC Machine Operator

Job Description Job Description * Operate and monitor machining equipment (CNCs, lathes, mills, etc.) * Load parts and ensure machines are running safely and efficiently * Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) * Make basic adjustments to tooling and offsets to maintain quality * Identify and report issues with machines, tooling, or part quality * Replace worn or broken tooling as needed * Complete production documentation, tags, and reporting * Maintain a clean and safe work area (6S standards) * Support continuous improvement efforts and team initiatives
