We are growing and now Route 128 Honda is looking for another experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our high-performing team. If you're a motivated F&I professional with a proven track record and are looking for a dealership that values both results and work-life balance, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Present finance and protection products in a professional and compliant manner
Arrange financing through a network of lending partners
Maximize finance and product penetration while ensuring an outstanding customer experience
Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and lender requirements
Accurately complete contracts and funding paperwork
Collaborate with the sales and management teams to achieve dealership goals

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of automotive dealership experience
Minimum 2 years of successful F&I Manager experience
Proven finance and product sales performance
Strong communication, customer service, and closing skills
Knowledge of automotive finance regulations and compliance standards
Professional appearance and demeanor
Valid driver's license
CDK Preffered
