Order Fulfillment Associate

JOB SUMMARY

The OrderFulfillmentAssociateis a full-time positionresponsible foraccuratelyprocessing orders providedfromthe salesteamand ensuring efficient execution throughout the fulfillment process. This position plays a key role in maintaining workflow by managing order documentation, supporting product tracking throughsublotting,and assisting with tag printing. Flexibility andhigh accuracyare essential in supporting operational tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.In this role you ensureorderaccuracyand efficiencyfor the fulfillment process. You will also flex between tasks such as sublotting and printing tags to support overall flow of operations.

PAY: $16.50

SCHEDULE: 8am - 4:30pm

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Process dailysalesorderspromptly andaccurately

• Print and organize order tags for product identification and tracking

• Perform sublotting to accuratelymonitorproduct batches and movement

• Verifyallorders,meet quality standards and customer specifications

OTHER JOBRESPONSIBILITES

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Collaboratewith the sales team to resolve orderrelatedissues

• Support other fulfillment roles during peak periods or staff shortage

MINIMUMJOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 21 years of ageor older andbe able to pass a background check

• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Registered Agent Card

• Basic computerproficiency and the ability to learn order management system

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)

• High level of accuracyand precision

• Ability to followdirections and work independentl

• Strongcommunication and teamwork skills

• Willingnessto work overtimewhen required

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Experience inhighvolumemanufacturing or distributionsetting

• Proven ability to manage concurrent tasks with accuracy and efficiency

• Basicknowledgeof shippingandlogistics processes
