Your exact compensation will be determined by your education, experience, and certifications.Full Benefits: We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance.Bonus Opportunity: You will be eligible for an incentive recognition bonus.Consistent Schedule: This is a full-time, 1st shift position.Key Responsibilities:Logistics & Inventory: Take charge of receiving incoming shipments, preparing outgoing packages, and managing all related documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and shipping logs.Production Support: Pull and stage raw materials for production runs, and ensure all unused materials are properly returned to inventory.Quality Control: Prepare and deliver finished product samples to the lab for final quality checks.Inventory Management: Maintain accurate electronic and physical inventory records, and ensure all shipping and packaging supplies are stocked and ready.Safety & Compliance: Operate a forklift safely in compliance with OSHA regulations, and perform daily equipment inspections.Facility Upkeep: Maintain a clean and organized work area, removing debris and ensuring a safe environment at all times.Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate all post-compounding operations, packaging, and shipping activities.Qualifications & Requirements:Prior experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or shipping/receiving is essential.Proficiency in operating a forklift and a strong understanding of OSHA safety regulations.Experience with inventory software and electronic record-keeping.Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining product identification and lot traceability.A proactive and organized approach to work.Take the Next Step: Are you ready to use your skills to make a real impact with a growing company?
