Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health issues, ensuring development of effective and individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs. Deliver personalized individual therapy sessions utilizing diverse therapeutic techniques designed to enhance emotional well-being and personal growth. Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals, track progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary for optimum outcomes. Facilitate virtual therapy sessions, enabling clients with mobility challenges or those who prefer remote communication to access essential mental health care. Maintain ethical standards of practice by documenting client progress and interventions accurately in compliance with regulatory guidelines. Qualifications A current and valid state license: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) . A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field. Demonstrated empathy, understanding, and a nonjudgmental approach to clients' experiences and challenges. Strong organizational skills and time management abilities to efficiently handle caseloads and administrative responsibilities. Preferred Experience Experience providing therapy through telehealth platforms. Familiarity with evidence-based practices for treating mental health disorders.
