Overview Trustmark's myTeller Specialist acts as the Bank's personal representative with customers by building strong relationships and providing exceptional, professional, and consistent service using the myTeller system. Tellers in the myTeller Center support customer service standards and maintain a professional and friendly demeanor. The position requires flexible work shifts to accommodate extended operating hours. The role also promotes Trustmark's products and services while exercising sound judgment and discretion. Location and Details Location: US-MS-Ridgeland Job ID: 2026-19560 Category: Branch Banking Type: Regular Full-Time Job Grade: 5 FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Working Hours: Mon-Fri 10am–7pm; 1 Saturday 9am–12pm Job Location: company – myTeller Center Responsibilities Accurately process myTeller machine transactions including cashing checks, taking cash and check deposits, and processing payments through the bank's online systems. Work independently, applying problem-solving skills and exercising authority for on-the-spot decisions within bank procedures. Safeguard the bank's assets and accurately balance an individual cash box daily. Investigate and resolve outages with high accuracy and discretion within policies and performance standards. Serve customers in a professional, courteous manner through prompt teller functions and uphold customer service standards for internal and external customers. Direct customers to appropriate personnel for more complex needs. Identify customer needs for bank products and services and respond persuasively. Provide banking solutions through selling and service; consistently meet or exceed sales referral goals set by management. Contribute to meeting myTeller Center and company goals and objectives. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma required. Must have one of the following: Twelve (12) months face-to-face customer service experience and six (6) months cash balancing responsibilities. College degree completed or currently pursued and enrolled. Basic knowledge of math concepts and problem-solving skills. Basic computer knowledge to enter, access, or retrieve data. Knowledge of Trustmark's Teller and Branch Policy and Procedures. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to identify alternative solutions and approaches to problems using logic and reasoning. Ability to work a schedule that may include some holidays and Saturdays. Provides outstanding customer service and information that meets customer needs and adheres to quality standards and company guidelines. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization. Displays selling skills and understands customer needs and wants; ability to multi-task across multiple computer programs. Ability to navigate basic computer systems (Windows, email, etc.). Ability to stand as needed. Complete and successfully pass required skills tests. Professional appearance and conduct required. Some college preferred. Physical Requirements / Working Conditions Must be able to sit for long periods and use a computer keyboard and/or mouse while viewing screens.
