JOB SUMMARY Responsible for assisting physicians with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare and set up equipment for catheterization procedures. Monitor patient vital signs and assist the physician during procedures. Operate imaging equipment and ensure patient safety. Administer medications as directed by the physician. Document patient information and procedure details accurately. Clean and maintain equipment and the procedure room. SCHEDULE / SHIFT 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM 40 hours per week plus call REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS ACLS certification BLS certification RCIS or ARRT certification Cath Lab experience EXPERIENCE Required: Cath Lab experience Advanced skills in TAVR, Watchman, Impella, ECMO, and Balloon pump procedures. SKILLS Proficient in performing LHC, RHC, Watchman, TAVR, Impella, ECMO, and Balloon pump procedures. Experience with Merge Charting, GE Fluoro, Phillips, and Boston Scientific IVUS/FFR systems. Ability to work collaboratively with the healthcare team. EMR / SYSTEMS Meditech Merge Charting GE Fluoro Phillips and Boston Scientific IVUS/FFR PATIENT POPULATION Cardiac catheterization patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional procedures.
