Insurance Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Description
- Account Servicing: Process policy quotes, bindings, endorsements, renewals, auto ID cards, and certificates of insurance.
- Client Relations: Answer day-to-day coverage questions, resolve billing discrepancies, and assist with claim support.
- Renewal Management: Collect renewal data, market accounts to carriers, negotiate premiums, and present coverage options to clients.
- Data Management: Keep client records, policy notes, and correspondence up to date in agency
- Licensing: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of commercial insurance agency or brokerage experience.
- Skills: Strong technical knowledge of commercial lines coverages, strong organization, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Education: High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree or professional designations (such as CIC or CISR) are a plus.
