• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm schedule with no nights and no weekends
• Shared call schedule supports work-life balance
• Manageable patient census of 15 - 18 patients per day
• Treat primary care issues for HIV-positive patients in an outpatient setting
• HIV certification pathway available via online course within 18 months of start
