What You'll Do:

• Oversee all housekeeping operations, including staff management, scheduling, and training
• Ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet the highest cleanliness and quality standards
• Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality
• Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring cost control
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with standards
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate activities and enhance overall guest satisfaction
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints regarding housekeeping services in a professional manner

We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as an Executive Housekeeper or in a similar role is required
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a diverse team
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Knowledge of housekeeping best practices and safety regulations
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A passion for hospitality and a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
