Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Marietta, Georgia. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: /n RN - OR Inpatient /n/n Job Details: /n • Work day shifts from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM, 4 days per week /n• Schedule primarily Monday through Friday with possible weekend call shifts /n• Participate in 30-minute call back rotation /n• Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation and evaluation /n• Provide relationship-based patient centered care adapted to population specific characteristics /n• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care /n• Complete all initial and ongoing professional competency assessments and mandatory education /n• Participate in evidence-based practice and performance improvement activities /n• Required certifications: RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact), Basic Life Support (BLS), PALS /n• Diploma from accredited nursing program required; Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred /n• Less than 1 year experience required; direct patient care experience preferred /n• Must demonstrate strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills /n• Ability to function in fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies /n• Excellent time management and critical thinking skills required /n• Basic computer skills and ability to optimize technology for clinical care /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare facility operates as part of a comprehensive health system that emphasizes evidence-based practice and shared governance models.
