Clerical Specialist II

Under supervision of the Director, Principal or designee, perform clerical duties and general office work. Representative duties may vary per assignment. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Guidance Technician

Under the supervision of the Director of Fiscal Services or designee, perform complex accounting work involving financial and statistical record-keeping in assigned areas to include accounts payable/receivable, within clearly established accounting systems and procedures. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements / Qualifications

Clerical Specialist II 50% Qualifications: Education/Certification/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; one (1) year clerical experience and knowledge of current computer applications. Licenses and other requirements: Some positions in this class may be required to possess a first aid certificate and/or bilingual skills. Desired Qualification: Experience using student database systems.

Guidance Technician 50% Qualifications: Education/Certification/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; one (1) year experience working with the public. Desired Qualification: Clerical experience in an educational setting.
