Shipping & Receiving Supervisor

Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Oversee all daily shipping and receiving activities on the 2nd shift, ensuring accurate and timely movement of materials.; Ensure sales orders and picking tickets are printed, prioritized, and distributed to the shipping department in a timely manner.; Plan and manage team schedules, including assigning work, coordinating coverage, and adjusting staffing to meet production demands.; Lead the interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new shipping teammates and ensure they receive proper training and orientation.; Drive continuous improvement within the shipping department to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance.
