Warehouse Manager

Advance Services Inc

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, receiving, and logistics activities in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Lead daily warehouse operations and supervise warehouse staff. Manage shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, and cycle counts. Ensure timely fulfillment of production and customer orders. Maintain 99%+ on-time shipping and inventory accuracy. Coordinate logistics, freight carriers, and customer distribution portals. Train, coach, and develop warehouse employees. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures. Qualifications 5+ years of warehouse and logistics management experience. Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. ERP and inventory management experience required; Sage X3 experience is a plus. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
