Join us!The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing localized marketing strategies to promote company brand awareness, drive new customer acquisition, and support the local marketing needs of assigned centers. This role involves working closely with the local Center Managers and business partners to tailor marketing initiatives to regional markets.We are looking to add a West Coast based Field Marketing Manager to our team!LOCATION: Must reside in West CoastREPORTS TO: Senior Field Marketing ManagerPAY: $70,000-$80,000 + 7.5 % BonusCORE RESPONSIBILITES:Local Market Analysis:Conduct market researchIdentify opportunities for growthDevelop and execute marketing plans tailored to the regional marketCampaign Development:Partner with the Creative team to design effective marketing materialsCollaborate with the Marketing team to ensure alignment in overall brand strategyDesign and implement marketing campaignEvent Planning and Execution:Plan and coordinate local events, community engagement and promotional activitiesManage logistics, budgets and executionCoordinate the promotion of local events and engagement via social mediaPartnerships and Networking:Build and maintain relationships with local partners, influencers and community organizationsLeverage partnerships to enhance brand presence and drive new customer generationRegularly distribute marketing materials to local business partnersBudget Management:Manage and allocate the regional marketing budget efficientlyTrack expenditures and ensure all activities are cost effectiveWork with Center Managers to determine optimal field marketing initiativesPerformance Tracking:Monitor KPI's to measure the success of field marketing activitiesProvide regular reports and feedback to management on campaign effectiveness and regional market conditionsREQUIREMENTS:Education & Experience:Bachelors' degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent industry experienceExperience in Field Marketing, Regional Marketing, or similar roleProven track record of managing successful marketing campaignsBudgeting and planning experience with GTM annual marketing plansExperience working in a role with matrix structured leadershipSkills:Strong project management and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms, social media management)Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisionsAdaptability to changing market conditions and prioritiesOther:Willingness to travel 50%-75% to centers within designated regionMust have reliable transportation and clean driving recordAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for events and campaignsMust be able to stand for long periods of time and lift at least 40lbsMust be passionate about pets!PERKS:Health, vision, dental, long & short-term disability, and Life insuranceA Startup mentality company with stable funding401k matchPet Care discountsGenerous PTOOpportunity to grow your career with a network of like-minded professionalsEmployer sponsored pet insuranceDestination Pet LLC affords equal employment opportunities to employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, genetic information, age, disability or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
