Customer Service Specialist

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be a key member of our Customer Service Team, responsible for the following activities: o Provide timely and courteous customer interactions in an automatic call distribution (queue) environment. o Offer billing and customer service support to both internal and external customers, addressing status updates on change requests, refunds, cancellations, payment applications, and more. o Update customer information in the contract system as needed per customer requests and company guidelines. o Process cancellation requests and manage urn returns with the manufacturer. o Track the delivery of merchandise returns. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics and qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, with working knowledge of other Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience: Prior experience in customer service, billing, and data entry is necessary.
