Director, Drug Safety & Pharmacovigilance Leader

Rigel Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks a Director of Pharmacovigilance to lead safety strategy, governance, and medical oversight across development and marketed products. This role reports to the EVP, Chief Medical Officer and drives risk assessment and compliance for a broad portfolio.
MD required with 10+ years in drug safety and 4+ years in leadership; oncology expertise and biomarker-driven development are essential. Regular onsite presence at the South San Francisco headquarters is expected.
