Qualifications

What You'll Do:

• Provide compassionate nursing care and monitor patient progress
• Assess patient needs and develop appropriate nursing plans
• Administer medications safely within your scope of practice
• Support treatment plans and respond to medical emergencies
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Apply sound clinical judgment and critical thinking every shift
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide quality patient care
