Responsibilities Model and coach the ultimate consumer experience across customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations. Develop strategies to hit sales targets, maximize profits, and build a strong, motivated team. Recruit, train, empower, develop, and motivate staff. Manage inventory, payroll, employee relations, store operations, and visual merchandising. Ensure a positive, engaging shopping experience for all customers. Compensation and Benefits Compensation ranges from $72,800.00 to $121,400.00 annually, varying with experience and qualifications.
