Description
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and great with people? Sawmill Creek apartments is looking for a motivated Bookkeeper & Leasing Agent to join our team! If you enjoy balancing numbers while helping people find their next home, this could be the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, post, and reconcile rent payments accurately
- Monitor resident accounts and follow up on outstanding balances
- Assist prospective residents with leasing inquiries and community tours
- Process rental applications, prepare lease documents, and coordinate move-ins
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and future residents
Qualifications
- Prior experience in bookkeeping, property management, or leasing preferred
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Professional, friendly, and dependable work ethic
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with property management software (AppFolio preferred, or willingness to learn)
- Goal-driven mindset with a passion for helping others
