Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you’ll play a vital role in delivering patient-centered care—performing comprehensive assessments, developing individualized plans, administering treatment modalities, and guiding patients to successful discharge. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including ongoing assessment and discharge planning. Collaborate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team to support care goals and optimize outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation while promoting a safe, compliant care environment and adhering to infection prevention standards. Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent. Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist. BLS/CPR certification required. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or a clinical fellowship year. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, push, and pull—often for prolonged periods. Lifting or exerting up to 50 lbs. Exposure to bodily fluids is possible. Visual acuity for assessment and documentation; acute hearing required.
