About the Role
We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Clerk to support logistics, inventory management, and order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role involves handling shipments, organizing stock, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of safely handling heavy items, with a focus on operational support and inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks safely and accurately, ensuring proper handling of items.
• Set up warehouse storage areas using crossbeams, flow racks, and gravity racks to optimize space utilization.
• Pick, check, and pack customer orders according to company procedures, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Handle minor shipping tasks, including USPS First Class and Priority shipments.
• Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, expiration dates, and match products against purchase orders.
• Organize and inventory stock to ensure products are accessible, monitor stock levels, and communicate shortages to management.
• Prepare boxes and supplies for upcoming operational needs.
• Conduct regular inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and return unused products to stock.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness through sweeping, mopping, and sanitation practices.
• Support additional warehouse duties as needed to ensure efficiency of operations.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 40 lbs safely.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities associated with warehouse tasks.
• Demonstrated commitment to maintaining a safe and clean working environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with shipping procedures and inventory control systems.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs regularly.
• Standing and walking for the duration of shift.
• Ability to perform warehouse cleaning tasks including sweeping and mopping.

Dress Code
Clean, comfortable work clothes such as jeans or work pants, a T-shirt, and safety shoes. No shorts.
