We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic clinic in the Oak Hills area of San Antonio, TX.

This role offers:

• A sustainable daily caseload (typically 11 to 13 patients a day)
• Clinical autonomy with no rigid protocols or cookie cutter plans
• A collaborative environment with clinicians who take pride in their work

You will be expected to take ownership of your patients, build thoughtful treatment plans, and work both independently and alongside a team that values strong clinical reasoning.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $80,000 to $100,000 per year (commensurate with clinical experience)
