Whether that experience is online or in-person, streaming video, theatrical, games, merchandise, events and more, it's powered by the anime content we all love.Join our team, and help us shape the future of anime!About the RoleWe're looking for an Internal Communications Senior Manager to serve as the strategic communications partner to our People Experience organization.Reporting to the VP of Internal Communications, you'll help employees understand and engage with the programs, policies, benefits, learning opportunities, and organizational updates that shape the employee experience. Through thoughtful storytelling, strategic communications, and impactful campaigns, you'll connect employees to Crunchyroll's mission, vision, culture, and values while ensuring they have the information and context they need to thrive.As a trusted partner to People Experience leaders and stakeholders, you'll provide communications counsel, develop compelling content and campaigns, and help drive employee engagement across key initiatives. You'll leverage data and insights to continuously improve communications effectiveness and ensure content is relevant, timely, and impactful across a global workforce.Core Responsibilities:Lead communications strategies, content, and campaigns supporting People Experience programs, including benefits, policies, organizational change, learning and development, employee engagement, workplace initiatives, and employee resource groupsPartner with People Experience leaders, executives, and stakeholders to develop communications plans, messaging, and engagement strategiesProvide communications counsel on messaging, timing, and change management communications, including sensitive or business-critical topicsDevelop executive communications in support of People Experience initiatives, including leadership messages, presentations, campaigns, and eventsCreate and manage multi-channel content that informs, educates, and engages employees while reinforcing Crunchyroll's culture, values, and business prioritiesIdentify and develop storytelling opportunities that connect employees to Crunchyroll, each other, and the broader businessManage employee engagement campaigns, experiences, and activations that drive awareness, participation, and connectionMeasure communications performance and employee engagement metrics to drive continuous improvementPartner cross-functionally to support company-wide communications initiatives and prioritiesManage content across internal channels, including key areas of the intranetLeverage technology, tools, and AI to enhance communications effectiveness and employee experienceManage vendors and external partners as neededAbout You8+ years of experience in internal communications, employee communications, employee engagement, or related communications fields, including 2+ years partnering with HR, People Experience, or employee experience teams on benefits, organizational change, learning and development, employee engagement, and workplace communications.Proven experience developing communications strategies, campaigns, and content for global employee audiences, with exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skillsExperience partnering with executives and senior stakeholders to develop communications plans, messaging strategies, and employee engagement initiativesStrong understanding of employee communications, change management, and organizational communications best practicesData-driven mindset with experience using analytics and employee feedback to inform strategy and measure effectivenessExceptional project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experiencePassion for anime, pop culture, and the entertainment industry, along with familiarity with Japanese culture, is a plusWhy You Will Love Working at CrunchyrollIn addition to getting to work with fun, passionate and inspired colleagues, you will also enjoy the following benefits and perks:Receive a great compensation package including salary plus performance bonus earning potential, paid annually.Flexible time off policies allowing you to take the time you need to be your whole self.Generous medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, and life insuranceHealth Saving Account HSA programHealth care and dependent care FSA401(k) plan, with employer matchEmployer paid commuter benefitSupport program for new parentsPet insurance and some of our offices are pet friendly!About Our ValuesWe want to be everything for someone rather than something for everyone and we do this by living and modeling our values in all that we do.
