Why join us Stable, growing commercial roofing company with a strong regional presence Collaborative culture with real advancement potential Exposure to high‑visibility commercial and industrial roofing projects Competitive compensation + benefits package Job Details Support with day‑to‑day project administration and workflow coordination Prepare, track, and manage submittals, purchase orders, change orders, and project documents Maintain project schedules, job logs, and material delivery timelines Serve as a communication hub between internal teams, field staff, vendors, and clients Assist with compliance, safety documentation, and closeout packages Ensure accurate, timely documentation for billing, cost tracking, and reporting Provide general office/project support where needed to keep operations running smoothly What You Bring 2+ years in construction project support (roofing preferred but not required) Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines Experience with project management or construction admin software Clear communication skills and a professional, detail‑driven approach Ability to work onsite in the Anaheim office Monday–Friday Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
