The HRBP provides guidance and support in employee relations, performance management, talent development, workforce planning, compensation administration, policy interpretation, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. Working collaboratively with leadership and the Human Resources team, the HRBP develops and implements people strategies that promote a positive workplace culture, improve employee performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and support organizational growth and operational excellence. EDUCATION Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, or related field required. EXPERIENCE Minimum of three (3) years of Human Resources experience required. Experience in employee relations required. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, and related compliance requirements. Strong employee relations and conflict resolution skills. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
