TheraCorp is seeking full-time and part-time Hybrid Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) to join our expanding outpatient team and contribute to the continued growth of our practice.

We are seeking experienced prescribers to provide medication management services to our diverse and growing client population.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong therapeutic relationships and develop goal-oriented treatment plans
• Provide psychiatric medication management and ongoing client monitoring ( both in-person and telehealth)
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, including mental status examinations and diagnostic reviews
• Utilize clinical expertise, critical thinking, and evidence-based practices to support client outcomes
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with TheraCorp policies and all state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with the treatment team to identify and communicate significant changes in client status

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey PMHNP license in good standing
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a psychiatric prescriber
