You bring the talent; we bring the opportunity.Zions Bancorporation is accepting application for our Asset Based Lending Portfolio Manager located in either Salt Lake City, Houston, or Dallas. Our team partners with clients to deliver customized credit solutions that support growth while mitigating risk. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in supporting ABL operations within a collaborative, client-focused environment.Ideal candidates will have the skills and experience necessary to:Support the lending unit in legal documentation, closing, analyzing financial data, and managing both new and existing complex Asset-Based loans. Includes some underwriting responsibilities, particularly on existing portfolio.Responsibility for reporting on the credit quality of a loan portfolio.Establishing scope of work, ordering, reviewing of field exams.Prepare Credit Administration documentation, including the submission and presentation of underwriting memo for approval.Accountable for loan documentation, borrowing-base calculation, loan closing process, and internal on-boarding of new customers.Responsible to analyze, and document the financial performance of borrowers.
