Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure to practice as an SLP
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC’s) or Clinical Fellowship (CF)
• Pediatric experience preferred, particularly within a school-based environment
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments for students, identifying strengths and areas for growth
• Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions tailored to each child’s needs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement IEPs
• Maintain clear and accurate records of services provided and student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
• Provide education and resources to support students’ ongoing development
