Dental Office & Personal Assistant Coordinator

We are seeking a highly capable, self‑motivated Dental Office & Personal Assistant Coordinator to support our very busy dental practice, dental school academy in Coral Springs, and the doctor’s professional and personal schedule. This hybrid role combines front‑office administration, new student enrollment / coordination, and high‑level personal assistance to maximize efficiency and allow the doctor to focus on patient care and leadership. About the Role You will play a critical dual‑role supporting both clinical/academic operations and the doctor’s personal responsibilities. Duties include (but are not limited to): Assist with medical billing and dental insurance claims Onboard new patients with exceptional care Conduct post‑surgery patient follow‑ups Onboarding and managing new dental assistant students Personal Assistant Duties Run errands for the office and Dr. Panahi Help oversee and manage his rental properties Provide proactive support to keep the doctor’s demanding schedule running smoothly. This will include receiving after‑hours notifications of action items for you to follow up on Who You Are Self‑disciplined, self‑managed, and highly accountable A true self‑starter who executes tasks precisely with minimal oversight Creative, resourceful, and skilled at building relationships Naturally caring, kind, and empathetic, especially with special‑needs patients and families Exceptionally organized with outstanding memory and follow‑through A natural networker with high emotional and interpersonal intelligence Fluent in professional spoken and written English (Spanish is a strong plus) Confident, polished, and articulate in all professional settings Upbeat, positive, motivating, and completely drama‑free Focused, consistent, and results‑driven Professional Standards Professional business attire is required at all times Well‑groomed, polished appearance Clear, professional communication style Uncompromising ethical standards and personal accountability Requirements Reliable vehicle and a valid Florida driver’s license Comfortable working with computers and technology Strong documentation and reporting habits Ability to work independently and proactively $25 per hour (part-time) or $52,000 base salary (full‑time) Auto and fuel reimbursement Health insurance contribution Significant discounts on dental procedures for you and your family Preferred (but NOT required) Prior experience in a medical or dental office environment.
