Max $80/Hr on C2C and $130K on FTE

High Level Objectives

Manages enterprise projects that are cross-functional in nature, comprised of complex scope and multiple stakeholder groups

Drives effective project and change management throughout all phases of projects, from planning, requirements gathering, risk management, build, testing, implementation, and the post project retrospective

Drives continuous alignment with project sponsor and key stakeholders and provides clear, succinct communications and messaging throughout the project

Develops, manages, and has command over the comprehensive plan, resources, financials, and all key issues: i.e., cross-functional project tasks and activities, dependencies, milestones, and issues

Manages and actively mitigates risk across the organization in order to deliver timely and quality project outcomes

Leads strategic, enterprise programs comprised of a set of cross-functional projects in order to deliver significant business value

Establishes robust program infrastructure, financials, resourcing, and governance, and creates an effective engagement model for driving transparency and alignment

Actively manages the health of the overall program and leads the success of the individual projects and workstreams within the program

Actively drives accountability, measurement, and delivery within the program, using data and insights, program management expertise, and stakeholder feedback to optimize program performance

Drives clear, succinct messaging and continuous alignment with program sponsor and key stakeholders at all levels of the program
