Responsibilities

• Lead, build, and coach high-performing teams in the delivery of technology-related products or projects, ensuring team actions align with project and business goals.
• Lead planning, team learning, and process adaptation to improve the quality of team solutions.
• Enable a continuous learning environment by identifying ways to strengthen the team's understanding of Agile/Scrum concepts and principles as they relate to technical capabilities.
• Build and apply methodologies that integrate changing customer inputs and business conditions into technology-related product development.
• Advise the product owner and management on defining and prioritizing technology-related outcomes. Identify trade-offs between short- and long-term benefits to drive shared vision.
• Ensure the effective application of Agile frameworks in the development process to improve delivery of technology products or architecture.
• Lead daily scrum meetings, iteration reviews, and maintain backlogs.
• Remove roadblocks to technology-related product development or architecture and apply learnings to other projects.
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required; Computer Science or Engineering experience preferred.
• Graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years' related work experience. Two years leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational technology projects preferred.
• Financial Services and technical experience preferred.
• Strong delivery and execution skills, communication skills, operational execution, stakeholder management, and strategy execution.
• Scrum/Agile Certification strongly preferred.
• Data and analytics knowledge and Tableau skills are encouraged.
