In this role you will be responsible for assisting the clinical/Community team (ALD, LC, Programming, Clinical, Hospitality, Regional Directors of Clinical Operations and VPQS) with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks. This position also may direct the Assisted Living Program or fill in during an extended absence of an ALD.

Salary Rate: $110,000/year

Directly oversee/assist with the delivery of care to Assisted Living/Memory Care residents to ensure that emotional, physical, psychological and safety needs are met through all program services and activities.

Work with residents, families and Community to ensure that residents are at appropriate levels of care.

Develop and/or monitor documentation systems to ensure that all regulatory timeframes for review of assessments and service plans are met and that resident needs are met.

Review and monitor survey readiness/PSR binder and verify that the Community is in compliance.

Complete mock surveys as indicated.

Assess potential residents for assisted living/Memory Care level of care.

Assist with onboarding of New ALD's/Community Team members.

Plan and schedule staff training programs and in-services for the Assisted Living/LC staff as indicated.

Assist with the oversight of clinical operations of communities.

Work closely with the operations and clinical staff within the communities.

Ensure that the care provided to our residents exceeds operational standards and is in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Travel among multiple SLC communities is required.

Strive to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices.

Level of Formal Education: Bachelor's degree Area of Study: Nursing Years of Experience: 3+ years Type of Experience: Senior Housing or long term care environment Special Certifications: Must have an active RN/LPN license. Must maintain all required CEU if indicated. Applying for Multi-State License may be required. Skills and Ability: Ability to work multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
