We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join a premier concierge medicine practice. This is an opportunity for an experienced MA who takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care, building meaningful relationships, and working closely with a physician in a high-touch, patient-focused environment.


What You'll Do

• Partner directly with a concierge medicine physician to support daily patient care
• Welcome and build strong relationships with patients through personalized service
• Room patients, collect vital signs, and prepare them for examinations and procedures
• Perform blood draws and assist with specimen collection
• Accurately collect and document patient information
• Coordinate referrals, follow-up appointments, and ongoing patient communication
• Conduct appointment confirmations and proactive patient outreach
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and support efficient clinical workflows
• Collaborate with the care team to provide an exceptional patient experience

What We're Looking For

• Current Medical Assistant certification
• 5+ years of Medical Assistant experience, preferably in a private practice, specialty, or concierge setting
• Strong back-office clinical experience
• Comfortable performing blood draws (or willing to learn)
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional presence
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• A patient-first mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR
• Associate degree preferred
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
