Your New Role Develop new client relationships and expand your network through outbound calls, client meetings, networking, and industry events. Use a consultative, relationship‑based sales approach to build and manage a successful book of business. Source, recruit, interview, assess, and place highly skilled professionals in contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent opportunities. Build a strong network of active and passive candidates through creative sourcing, referrals, and networking. Establish long‑term relationships with clients and candidates through consistent, value‑added communication. Grow client relationships within your designated market and act quickly on new business leads. Maintain contact with prospective and placed candidates to strengthen your professional network and generate referrals. Build foundational recruitment skills across candidate identification and engagement while taking ownership of your development. Participate in ongoing professional development through Learning & Development programs. Demonstrate Hays values, vision, standards, and expectations for high performance. What You Bring One to two years of experience in a sales‑related role, ideally including outbound business development. A results‑oriented, resilient, authentic, and trustworthy approach. Self‑motivation, initiative, and the ability to work independently. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills, with a collaborative mindset. A commitment to continuous learning, personal development, and professional growth. What You’ll Receive Base salary of $47,000-$50,000 (based on experience) and an uncapped commission plan ranging from 15% to 50%. A hybrid and flexible work schedule. Paid time off starting at 22 days, plus two floating holidays and two volunteer days. Top producers may qualify for unlimited PTO .
