**Description:** You will be the Multi\-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor \- Level 3 for the C‑130 MID Fuselage Production Team which is responsible for\.\.\. **What You Will Be Doing** As the Multi\-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor \- Level 3 you will be responsible for leading a skilled hourly crew in the C‑130 outer‑wing build, driving quality, cost, and schedule excellence\. Marietta, GA **This position is in Marietta, GA Discover Marietta\.** **Basic Qualifications:** - Experience leading or managing in a production setting\. - Experience collaborating with hourly employees\. - Aircraft maintenance or aerospace manufacturing experience\. - Proficiency in using Shop Floor Manager \(SFM\) or similar systems\. **Desired Skills:** Desired skills : - 3\+ years aircraft production experience\. - Experience in a union environment\. - Experience in budgeting and staffing\. - Shop Floor Manager \(SFM\) experience\. - Able to multi\-task and prioritize efficiently\. - Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate orally, in writing, and in group settings as a member or leader\. - Strong Interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with technical, non\-technical, and business staff at all levels\. - Comfortable with Microsoft business suite with the ability to learn additional computer systems\. - Proficient in Quality Action Document System \(QADS\)\. - Knowledge of C\-130 assembly\. **Clearance Level:** None **Other Important Information You Should Know** **Expression of Interest:** By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\.
