About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its mission of driving social change and creating opportunities for justice-impacted communities. The CEO will be responsible for leading the organization through a period of transition, with a focus on deepening national impact, strengthening resource development, and evolving strategic vision. This role requires a dynamic leader who can champion the values of the organization and work to build a big, broad coalition for lasting change. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the movement, addressing critical issues such as mass incarceration, climate change, and economic inequality.
