Planner/ Scheduler (LSNA-NC)

We are seeking a Planner / Scheduler in the Cary/Wilson, NC area to support our Project Management Team in the Cincinnati project support area. Responsibilities Interact with engineering and construction teams to understand and communicate issues and conflicts that impact the schedule. Analyze CPM schedules and recommend work‑arounds and schedule improvements. Support project scheduling activities and maintain accurate schedule data. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. At least 2 years of planning/scheduling experience. Good understanding of engineering processes, procedures, and deliverables. Experience working with Primavera (P6) scheduling tool. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM). Understanding of procurement and construction sequencing. Ability to develop cost and schedule analysis presentations, both graphically and verbally. Strong communication skills and understanding of technical terminology. Experience with MS Project scheduling software. Knowledge or experience with Interactive Planning (IAP) sessions and virtual tools. Benefits Competitive base salary ranging from $69,500 to $115,000 based on location and experience.
