Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Active Arizona state licensure or eligibility required
• Bilingual proficiency in English and another language strongly preferred
• Experience conducting assessments, counseling, and providing interventions in school settings
• Strong knowledge of special education laws, IEPs, and crisis response
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete psychoeducational evaluations, behavioral assessments, and interpret results for IEP and eligibility meetings
• Provide culturally responsive counseling and intervention services to diverse student populations
• Develop and implement support plans for individual students as well as groups
• Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to address students’ academic, social, and emotional needs
• Participate in multidisciplinary team discussions and serve as a resource for best practices in learning and behavior support
