Tuesday - Friday, 5:00 AM until the route is finished.Hastings, NE! Job Summary: The purpose of this role is to function in a relief role to the Delivery Customer Representatives and Territory Sales Managers by ordering, delivering, stocking, rotating and merchandising products.Comprehensive Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401k, Employee Assistance Program, etc.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesFunction in a relief role for the Delivery Customer Representatives to support vacations and illnesses.Function in a relief role to the Territory Sales Manager by ordering product for delivery to customer accountsDrive truck to deliver product to customer accountPrepare, receive and provide appropriate documentation for the delivery or pick up of productReconcile route each day and turn in all required DSD reportsStack product according to customer specificationsCollect empty pallets and shells from customer backroomStock, rotate, and merchandise product as neededDevelop and maintain good customer relationsMaintain vehicle to company standards including cleanlinessComplete pre- and post-trip inspectionsPerform other duties as necessaryJob RequirementsHigh School diploma or equivalentA valid "Class A" commercial driver's license and the ability to operate in Interstate commerceMust be 21 years of ageA driving record that meets LinPepCo's Policy on Driver RecordsKnowledge of inventory management and general merchandisingBasic knowledge of tabletsEffective oral and written communication skillsSkills in problem solving and judgement and decision makingObserve and follow all safety proceduresFamiliar with DOT regulationsWork Environment and EquipmentWork generally takes place in a customer account setting.
