Respiratory Therapist

Employment Type: Full time Shift: 12 Hour Night Shift What You'll Do Deliver respiratory care across adult, pediatric, and neonatal populations Administer treatments, manage ventilators, and perform diagnostics Follow evidence-based protocols to ensure optimal patient outcomes Serve as a lead/charge therapist, guiding workflow and supporting team members Benefits That Start Day One Medical, Dental, Vision DailyPay (get paid when you need it) Free mental health therapy & coaching Tuition reimbursement & relocation assistance Retirement + financial wellness support On-site fitness centers & childcare Required Qualifications Associate’s degree in respiratory care Illinois RT license (or within 6 months) CRT (NBRC) BLS (AHA) NRP & PALS within 90 days (effective July 1, 2025) Preferred Qualifications ACLS NPS and/or ACCS credentials Respiratory Therapist II Qualifications Associate degree in respiratory care; Bachelor's preferred CPR/BLS - American Heart Association Current IL state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist (or within 6 months of hire) Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) through NBRC (or within 6 months of hire) NRP & PALS within 90 days (effective July 1, 2025) Respiratory Therapist III Qualifications Associate degree in respiratory care; Bachelor's preferred 3 years of previous job-related experience CPR/BLS - American Heart Association Current IL state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) through NBRC Compensation Respiratory Therapist II Pay Range: $36.50 - $48.84 per hour Respiratory Therapist III Pay Range: $36.50 - $50.71 per hour Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
