Our agency opened in 1990 and is built on a long family tradition with State Farm. Im a second-generation State Farm agent and knew as early as nine years old that I wanted to have an agency of my own. Today, that legacy continues with two of my sons and my grandson also working in the agency, making this truly a family-run operation. Were proud to have a close-knit team of six who support each other and our customers every day. That family atmosphere is at the heart of everything we do. Outside the office, we stay involved in the community through organizations like the Oklahoma City Dream Center, giving back and supporting local families whenever we can. Our team enjoys fun incentives, bonuses, team lunches, outings, and team-building events. We also offer a Simple IRA and health benefits to help support our teams financial and personal well-being. As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Janis Yearout - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
