As Account Manager for Trisha Wilkins State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
• Develop new business through calls, referrals, and community networking
• Quote and sell auto, home, renters, and life insurance products
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Follow up on leads and renewals
• Provide excellent customer service and account support
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation

QUALIFICATIONS:

• P&C licensed preferred
• Ability to obtain P&C and Life/Health license
• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
• Bilingual candidates highly encouraged
